Sterling Silver Christine Cross Necklace
This cross is created in the image of an 11th century Byzantine cross found in the tomb of Queen Christine of Denmark.
On the crucifix side of the cross are IC XC for “Jesus Christ” at the top, the Greek letters OBCLDXC for “King of Glory”
on the plaque above Christ, and NI KA for “conquers” below the cross bar. On the reverse side is an image of the Virgin Mary with the letters Mu Rho,
meaning “mother” and Theta Upsilon, meaning “of God”. On the left and right points are BON ThUI, for “help us”.
