Four Way Medal Communion, Pewter (#12134)

Pewter Four Way Medal on an 18″ chain. Includes a laminated prayer card showing a chalice with grapes and bread, reading ‘Remembrance of My First Holy Communion’. 

The medal shows the scapular, St. Joseph, St. Christopher, the Miraculous Medal and a dove in the center.
