Distinctive Four Way Medal in Sterling Silver

Four way medal
Also known as the cruciform. It is actually four medals in one: The Sacred Heart at the top (a scapular medal, with Our Lady of Mt. Carmel on the back); St. Christopher on the right; a Miraculous Medal at the bottom; and St. Joseph on the left. The words, “I am a Catholic, please call a priest” are usually inscribed on the back to indicate to an emergency worker the wearer’s desire for the last sacraments. A favorite medal for Catholics! Sterling silver medal with 24″ rhodium plated chain.

In order to provide greater detail, medals are not shown actual size. The measurements given can be compared with those of the following coins. This medal is 2.8 cm x 2.4 cm, not including the loop for the chain.
